It is with great sadness that VFW Post 2375 announces that Past TX VFW District 6 Commander and VFW Post 2375 Quartermaster Roy E. Davis died peacefully while holding the hand of his wife in the late hours on 1 June 2023 at his home in Kingsville, TX. Roy lived an amazing life which included his continuous service to our Veteran Community. Roy will be greatly missed and always in our loving memory as a vital part of our VFW, and our community, and as a trustworthy, faithful friend.
Roy Davis was my mentor and most of all my best friend. I will miss his adventurous stories but above all, I will miss my dear friend.
