On Sat, 5 August 2023, VFW Post 2375 gathered to bid farewell to a long-time member of the Post, Comrade Jose “Joe” L. Arevalo. Comrade Arevalo served VFW Post 2375 for many years, including in his last postion as the Post Surgeon, advocating for the healthcare of not only Post members, but Veterans throughout the Coastal Bend. Joe was very active in the community for many decades, he was an active member of the DAV, America’s Last Patrol, and Kleberg County Republican Party, as well as many other local groups.
